The Travertine
Pavilion
A cinematic passage through architectural luxury. Scroll to traverse custom stone thresholds, concrete halls, and floating timber sanctuaries.
An Atelier Built on Honest Textures
Roman Travertine
Honed & Unfilled Stone
Massive plates of light-beige travertine form the exterior terrace planes and secondary bathroom vanities, anchoring the house into the natural terrain.
- • Pore structure left unfilled for raw organic feel
- • Acid-washed for enhanced slip resistance
Carbonized White Oak
Solid Timber Planking
Smoked and finished with organic matte oils. Used for the stair treads, bedroom partitions, and lower horizontal ceiling baffles to diffuse ambient sound.
- • Zero-gloss natural oil preservation
- • Tongue & groove micro-bevel profile
Anodized Bronze Steel
Architectural Metalwork
Slender structural steel members supporting the expansive glazed walls. Finished in a custom bronze patina that catches late evening sunbursts.
- • Corrosion-resistant custom anodization
- • Seamless hairline welds and joints
Lime-Wash Plaster
Hand-Troweled Finish
Traditional mineral-based plaster applied by local craftsmen. The micro-textured surface catches sunlight softly, eliminating glare in open spaces.
- • Breathable, zero-VOC natural formulation
- • Layered brush technique for subtle shading
Crafting Spaces That Breathe
"We approach interior architecture not as the decoration of a box, but as the molding of light, shadow, and movement. The Obsidian Pavilion is designed to frame the coastline, letting the materials grow more beautiful as they age under the sea breeze."
